Some say it looks better. Some say a hand signal is more obvious to other drivers.
I say keep the turn signals. At times when it's really important to let other drivers know what I'm doing I use both. For example when i'm on a 2 lane highway and want to turn I put on my turn signal and use my hand to signal AND watch others around me. If the guy behind me doesn't seem to be slowing I'm ready to gun it and go strait.
I use my turn signals constantly and wouldn't want to be without them.
