Hi,
2004 flhtpi right handlebar control, looking to swap out for one with radio control. What years are compatible? Street Glides? Would it still be plug in play? The red switch at bottom currently controls the fog light...I would move the switch to the ignition panel....but I am still concerned about the harness?

 

One of our members reckons that if we teach a man to fiche he will never go hungry! Take a look at this website, where you can identify your current switch unit, also the version you want, then see which model years it was used on. Ebay often has secondhand switches, or you may even be able to buy a new one, if you prefer.

 

Yes thank you, I just did that. Got left and right controls with radio 2002 and 2007. Kerping the existing interconnect harness...and by bassing the connector with the radio controls straight to a module, that controls aftermatket radio.
