just picked up a project 78 ironhead. bike has been setting for years so i changed out the battery and notice the generator light is on. tested the voltage at battery and its all over the chart from 14 to 21 volts i am thinking regulator but thats just a guess. is there anyway to do simple checks on the charging system? thanks
