I don't know if anyone else has ever posted about this, and think the information is useful, so here goes:

Today, I had a chance to test how well the HD security system pager can detect the bike's "ok" signal at 400 feet from the bike, AND with the bike inside a metal trailer at the time, and the pager inside a building.

Worked fine. The pager showed the flashing green light just like it should.

Thought others might want to know.
