Need some help with my voltage regulator the 3 prog circle plug. i have a 2007 road king and me like an idiot just unplugged the wire and didn't bother to see how it was plugged in. would anybody know how this plug goes back in to the voltage regulator? or does it even matter how goes back in?

 

Makes no difference. If it mattered, it would be keyed.
It's a 3phase alternator feeding an external regulator. Each phase does the same thing.
