Gosh, hate trying to read these can bus skematic.
Yes some where going to the handle bars will be a connector, it looks like the blue wire is #3 in that connector.
I do not know where it is the location will be in the manual, probably inside the faring.
You can use an ice pick tester to ***** the wire and test, a lot of guys cringe at that suggestion, seal it afterwards with silicone.

Default Accessory Connections to Battery

I just had to replace my battery. I think one of the issues may be all of the accessory or axillary wires that I have connected to my battery. Has anyone every installed a bus bar to have a single connection back to the battery, so all other connections (battery tender cable, Heated clothing cable, Radar Detector) are terminated at the bus bar?
