ECM connector problem

ECM connector problem
I have a 2004 FXDLI, my grey connector to the ECM has begun to fall apart and I want to replace it
Does anyone have a wiring diagram with pin numbers and wire color codes?
any tips on how to replace the connector?
its the grey housing that is falling apart, I have a PCIII and the installer placed the connector behind the rear cylinder which heated the connector and made it brittle--of course as soon as I tried to disconnect it from the pciii connection it just went crunch-still works but have to replace it

My recommendation is to buy the grey connector housing...it is called a strain relief (as it prevents strain from the pins if the wires are pulled). No sense cutting all the wires and having to put pins on them all over again. Just remove all the pins....replace the grey connector housing and reinsert pins. It is a little more complicated than that but I have all the components so when you get to that point I can show you exploded views of how it comes apart and goes back together. I have a 07' sporty....but if the connector is the same as in the link below, which it probably is, than we are talking apples-to-apples here.
I bought some parts to make my own "Break-out" box which included the ECM connector. Included with that is the ECM connector. I bought my stuff from Mouser Electronics after doing research on who the manufacturer was:
Mouser Part # 829-12110490
Delphi Automotive Connector Part # 12110490
$5.32

If you really want to replace the pins too....let me know as I have those too and can provide the part #

Thank You!!! thats the connector--I ordered it
Another Question--how do I remove the wires/pins from the old connector?
And thanks for the link to mouser---what a great supplier
HD wants $55 for the exact same part--$5.30 from Mouser-WOW- I ordered the complete assembly-5 pieces(just in case) for a total of $19 with shipping
now if I could find a colored wiring diagram.......

I'll post some pics of how to take it apart...it is actually very easy.
Why do you need a wiring diagram though? Just unplug each one wire-by-wire and insert it into the new connector. Or just write down on a scratch piece of paper the position on the connector that each colored wire goes too. If you look closely on the outside of the grey connector (it is molded into the plastic) you'll see on one side...1 and 18....which means pin #1 thru pin #18. On the other side it will say 19 and 36 for the other pins.

nice found !
I'm looking for ages after the connector that plugs in the 5" OEM speedo !
I've got a Street Bob and would like to put the Xbones console and speedo, the problem is that the 4" and 5" have different connectors, are those connectors also Dephis ?
thanks
