I installed Harley Davidson Screamin' Eagle Pro Super Tuner Kit Software on my laptop. My laptop operating system is Windows Vista 64 bit, NOT 32 bit. It gives an error "Nolan has stop working" and says windows will notify when a solution is available. What the heck is this? Is anybody running this program on a laptop with Windows Vista 64 bit operating system?

 

I have the original SERT and a Vista 64 machine. It wouldn't work initially because my USB-Serial adaptor did not have 64 bit drivers. I bought a new one that works with 64 bit Vista and now the SERT software works fine. Maybe your's is a similar problem.
