I’m going to start with the easiest option, and go from there. I got the quiet baffle (2.25”) coming from Bassani. I also have two different size Thunder Torque inserts coming from DK customs. Between the two I think I can introduce some reversion that the pipe is missing. See what that does. if I end up with the Supertrapp, I’ll have to install 18mm bungs cause unless you go with an open end cap they can’t jam a gas tube up the pipe. Should have everything by next Tuesday. We’ll see.

Don't worry about it. Half of what I read, is gone before the neurons fire in my head...
Looking at the chart though, the tuner wrote he used a .58 pilot (slow) jet - which seems from everything I read, way too big. .48 is supposed to be more likely. When I asked him about it he said "whatever I wrote is what we used" so no help there.
Wouldn't an oversized slow jet contribute to excessive richness at those RPMs?

In all the dyno pulls I've seen, I've never seen one with the "dip" like what you have. To be fair, Kawasaki sport bikes (ninja's) have valve overlap at about 4500 to almost 6,000 rpm depending upon the engine size and rpm redline setting. But nothing like what you've got here.

I didn't yet. Just lazy I guess. I did do a couple of things though. I installed a DK Customs Thunder Torque Insert in the standard baffle in the RR. While I did sense a mild increase in low end, I also found a noticeable drop in the higher RPM range. Didn't like that. Seemed the upper end loss was greater then the perceived gain at the low end. Plus it sounded like crap. So I tried the "quiet" baffle, which did a few things. 1) also seemed to increase the low end a bit. 2) didn't seem to affect the high end power. 3) took a bit of the volume off of the pipe. Not quiet, but a nice decrease. This is how I'll leave it.
I haven't opened up the bowl to check the slow jet size yet, but once I make an appt to get a dyno pull next week, (no tuning, just a comparison to the last place) I'll bring some jets with me in case I want to mess around with it.
