My concern.......
So if it is lower in position than the Rinehart's it will not work.
So a picture with a tape measure would be great........
Also just to make sure what size are the 02 sensor port's ?
Thanks

My concern is I run the jagg 10 row low mount oil cooler and with the adapter for the oil filter raises my oil filter location which leaves a very narrow margin for the 18mm wide band 02 sensor on the front header.
So if it is lower in position than the Rinehart's it will not work.
So a picture with a tape measure would be great........
Also just to make sure what size are the 02 sensor port's ?
Thanks

Also the O2 sensor ports are 18mm.
Here's a reference if there's any other data you need on the system...

Oh and I just spent some time researching the low mount oil cooler and came across your thread from earlier this year about it. haha Based on some of the pictures you posted (namely the one attached to this post), you should have no problem at all with the front tube O2 sensor. I'll still measure for you, but just a little heads up, it looks fine.
Aso, that was a reallyy informative thread. Thinking about that oil cooler now....thanks!

When the 18mm 02 sensor is installed point's it down at the oil filter and only leaves about 1/4" from the oil filter to the wiring of the 02 sensor.
Your D&D has an angled 02 sensor port which would work much better than the rinehart.
The picture you attached was of the stock exhaust system, prior to the installation of the Rinehart...........
Thanks Brother......
The Jagg system work's awesome and is one of the best mod's I have done.
The cheapest place to purchase is PhatperformanceParts, I think I picked it up for $250.00 with free shipping..........

Picture's............
Did you have to remove from your bike to take the pic ?
I hope not !!!!!!!!!!!!
These will definitely work better than the Rinehart...........
What is the bracket at the lower portion of the front header ???
Thanks for the picture, I am considering the purchase........

This picure really does not show the issue I may have, the oil filter adapter raises the oil filter in an upwards direction and with my Rineharts they have straight 02 sensor port's.
When the 18mm 02 sensor is installed point's it down at the oil filter and only leaves about 1/4" from the oil filter to the wiring of the 02 sensor.

The bracket you're referring to is an additional support bracket that mounts directly under the cam cover, just in front of the mid controls mount (see the picture for reference). It's not visible at all due to the location, as you can imagine. Obviously, if you decide to purchase, you'll receive this bracket as well as the rear mounting bracket.
I won't try to be a salesman here but it really is a great exhaust. Everywhere I read people say it's one of the top quality/performing exhuasts around. Makes me sort of question my selling of it, but I just really like the look of the black Thunderheaders...sue me! haha
