Default Hardstreet Slimbags Satin Black with Edge Brackets

I have a set of locking quick release saddlebags I took off my '08 Fat Bob.
They are in very good condition, and come ready to mount (includes hardware for mounting to the struts, instructions, keys for bags, and keys for brackets).
They show some wear in the powder coating on the inside of the bracket, but this is unavoidable, and not noticeable when mounted. On and off in less than a minute! These are GREAT bags, but I got a bagger and have no need for them.
They are Satin Black and look great with any color (the color is very close to the wrinkle black on the engine/trans/primary).
Paid $600+ for bags and brackets, will sell for $400 Shipped (CONUS ONLY)

I honestly don't know. I had put the cycle visions fender eliminator on way before the bags.
