Default kuryakyn Hyper charger powder coated black

Came off my 2010 Bob. Powder coat is great I had it done in September. The small pieces on top with the small Allen bolts are broke but still worked. Doesn't have the vacuum fitting to make the blades move. $55 shipped.

I want one but want a Chrome one. I like the look of the Hypercharger.

It was chrome and I had it powder coated. Not sure if it can be removed?
