can you explain to me what your asking, 96 or 103?? i dont understand the question. 96, 103 are motors which have nothing to do with the parts i have listed. maybe your asking about the controls???

 

now i realize i think you might be asking about the controls, yes they are complete evrything you need. if you have a 96 or 103 it doesn't matter. the controls are the same, also if your going to do forward controls dont pay anyone its a very simple swap with basic tools. many write ups on here how to do it. should take less than 1.5 hours
