That looks a lot more like the Harley Branded Sac bags.
Sac no longer makes the bags for Harley.
Excellent quality but unfortunately Harley went a different direction after many years.
Quality stuff but this link would be closer to what Sac offers today.

It is a discontinued model so you could be right...I don't know who actually mad the bag. It's amazing what you can put inside this thing.
