As is, just the WG. It looks like the mounts can be switched out for the XL front end, but I'm not willing to bet on that without verifying.

Yes. It's got the tongue tab, with the mount tab in the back in the right place to fit a dyna. The mounting from 06-13 is all the same, of that I am sure.
