I have a 16" Black powdercoat rigid mount sissy bar made by bowman welding. Here is the link to the sissy bar:

The sissy bar has very minor scuffs to the top part from when a car crashed through my garage door and the door hit the sissy bar. Insurance paid for a new one, so this one is up for sale now. I cut notches in the mounting holes to eliminate the need to cut and splice the brake light lines when installing. There is an adhesive punisher skull emblem on back that I will leave on because I don't have any "goo gone". I put the bar on this winter, so it is just about brand new other than scuffs (hopefully visible in the pictures). The powder coat is still there, the scuffs are not down to bare metal. I'm asking $150 shipped to CUSA via paypal gift.

-Top photos shows the scuffs on left and right side (couldn't get white circles to transfer in photobucket).
-The left sideplate looks scratched in 4th photo but it is a reflection.

How high up abover the fender does it stick? Or is that the 16" measurement.....
