Online store accepting payment on a non US credit card?

One way around this is to use a forwarding agent like Goopping.com or MyUS.com
I am based in Australia and use Goopping as they will purchase items on your behalf and send them on to you in Qatar.
I have yet to find any US Harley dealer that will accept an overseas credit card or ship to an offshore address any more.
