To the seat itself, no. But I use a sissy bar when I have both the Solo seat and the passenger pillion on.

Will the bars fit an 07' Street Bob?

 

Yes they should. I bought them for my '09 street bob but decided to just keep the ones I have. There are forums here that say how to put them on and say that you won't have to change to longer cables with these 12" bars. They are 1" diameter and knurled.
