I tried to send a PM on the leather bags but i think you account is to new to accept PMs, however i left you a message on you profile. To answer your question on year, I am not sure what year, but they are the newer side opening bags not the older end opening style.

Yeah i can do 35 shipped on the mids

Tour pack pics i will get up as soon as it gets done in paint.

In one of your pictures you have what looks like a solo quick release luggage rack? would this fit a 2003 softail fatboy? if so how much ya asking?
