Yes, black wrinkle. It was a new take off. replaced with chrome.
2010 Dyna but I can't remember what model. I bought it from a active member on here just a few months ago. Maybe they will chime in.
All I remember is it fit 2006-2011 WG with FC

Yes, The big inspection cover, it's chrome. I'll get some pic's this afternoon.

The round one is the Derby cover, the oval shaped one is the inspection cover. Which one or are both removable?
