Nice cover but doesn't have built in heat sheilds so you have to put it on when the bike is cold. Includes storage bag.

Yes its waterproof, it is a vinyl type material. You didn't say how high your backrest is but if it is standard it will fit fine. Has room for a small windshield also. It will cover the entire bike but may expose the bottom of the tires at the very worst. I used it on my 2011 dyna superglide with a windshield and tail bag and it fit great, but got an expensive cover with the heat shields so I could put it on when the bike is hot. If you put this one on when its hot it will melt.
I only used it about 7 or 8 times while at work. Because of the material it compacts down real small, the carrying bag is only about a foot long.

I also have a small leather sissy bar bag that I use to stuff the cover in when I was traveling so I didn't have to tie it down, another $20. plus shipping...
