If you click on the Linby link I posted and scroll down to Dynas with mid controls, it states that it fits all Dynas with mid controls from 1991 - 2011. Part Number 1305. Normaly sells for $269.95.

not really. Due to the box size it could be $20 plus a PITA to box it all up. Maybe $110 and I pay the shipping. No way for you to pick it up friend/relative in the DC area??? Where do you live?
