I just bought my Harley about 6 weeks ago and it came with what I am told is a "Harley Bad-lander" seat.

This seat was not comfortable for my wide bottom so I replaced it with a more comfortable one.

I am offering this seat up for sale here before I head over to eeeebay

How is it secured at the back portion of the seat?
My stock seat (02 Wide Glide) has a bracket with a hole for a bolt to pass through. I don't see that bracket on this seat.

 

That is the same bracket that mounts this seat
I had to use it on my new seat because it didn't come with one

there are two threaded holes built into the bottom of the seat that the bracket bolts to

that bracket then mounts to a place on the rear fender

I could have made a second bracket but since I was going to sell the seat, I just used the one off of this one.
