Hey 83- The part # is 17543-99 & 17571-99 respectively for the upper & lower.
I am quite sure that this is the same part #'s you have on your 2010 Street Bob.
Can you confirm?
The finish is a perfect match to the cases and barrels on black engines. I don't know why Harley didn't finish the deal and provide the blacked out rocker covers as well.
