BLACK PCd HEAT SHIELD FOR STOCK EXHAUST(Reduced/trade?)

These fit the stock exhaust system. Check the link below for fitment. the Harley want $159 for a set of these. Reduced to $40 +shipping.
there is a tiny chip in the bottom shield and a smudge that can most likely be removed.

Can you please post closer pictures of the chip and smudge?

What is it a smudge of and how easy do you think it could be removed?

How visible/noticeable is the chip?

Finally where are you located?
