I have been trying to decide on a set of slip-ons for my '06 Street Bob, this is the last piece to my puzzle. I have been considering the KW 3" HP Plus, so I too am curious as to why you are selling them. I do not want a loud muffler, perhaps a deeper tone than stock but not much louder. How would you rate these?

 

I'm selling them for two reasons. They are not quite loud enough for me. These are much deeper than stock at idle and cruise, but the tapered puts the sound behind you. I'm looking for more noise, which leads me into the 2nd reason: I bought a Thunderheader off another forum member, which should definately give me more noise.

BobsterJIG: These are much deeper than stock and not much louder at idle, they are louder while cruising. You will hear the difference when passing under a bridge or when getting on the throttle. I put back on my stock until the Thunderheader gets here, so I have a direct comparison. Hope this helps.

I do need to know soon, because as soon as someone bids on ebay they're taken.
