Harley-Davidson "Laydown License Plate Bracket" for sale. This is Harley-Davidson P/N 60280-07. It is in brand new condition. It was on my FXDC Super Glide for only about 1,500 miles when I decided to get the Hogrida, curved, laydown, license plate bracket.
