+2” custom made Andreani cartridges built by fast bike industries along with custom cycle engineering 27.5” tubes. This is not wideglide tubes/cartridges which are only 1 3/8” over stock dyna length, this is custom built true +2” setup. The tubes are made in the USA and were adapted to cartridges by fastbike so you don’t have to do any grinding. Only reason I’m selling is I got a deal on ohlins carts, was otherwise very happy with them. Should bolt right into any 49mm dyna sliders.

Does the longer tube provide for more travel in the fork?

 

not directly, no, the total leng Th is increases but not added directly to the stroke. It primarily improves ground clearance and thus lean angle/cornering. I believe these have about 120mm stroke, which is the same ballpark as stock however being able to properly set up sag and adjust compression + rebound gave me much more “useable” stroke In that I wasn’t sitting as deep in the stroke as I was with stock.

You got a good deal on ohlins, but I'm curious how would you rate these in comparison?

 

unfortunately I havent gotten a ride with the ohlins yet but I was pretty happy with these, I just couldn’t shake the curiosity about the ohlins.hopefully I’ll get bike back on the road this week.
