I have a stock set of bars and risers off of my 09 fat bob. The bars are in good condition with no wrecks, bends ect. The risers are black and in good condition. The risers have a small ding in the chrome cover (shown in pics) but doesn't effect the risers. I think you could remove that piece in you wanted.
