Listing shows that it works with 99-08 Dynas, 00-15 Softails and 99-13 Touring. It will work with pretty much any stage 1 air cleaner with the standard tapered filter. I was using it with an SE backing plate and a zippers maxflow filter.

The star piece screws into the filter end and then the cap uses little hex screws to mount to the star piece.
