Of course the wheel is straight , it just came off my bike ,
I have no way of finding Out at this time on a Saturday night , it's fairly heavy and will require a good size box .. At a guess I would say somewhere around $50-70

I DO NOT have an air cleaner cover and filter for sale

The shipping isn't gonna be cheap. The wheel weighs 35 lbs and I need a box minimum 27x27x8 cheapest freight I can find to your zip for that size package is right at $60 so the total would be $210 shipped ... I will only accept PayPal
