Antix - I got a question for you...did you have any trouble keeping the little chrome inserts [for the corners] in place. I recently picked up the Vintage Short Stacks from a member of the forum, and even before I've installed the bars it appears that those little boogers don't fit real snug in there.

@timbobob You have to add something like double sided foam tape to keep them in there. They are meant to come off to wire the bars internally which these ones were when I go the bike. I'd try something like this.

Yeah...I figured I'd have to try something like that. I think some black silicone was part of the solution for the previous owner. Not sure how well it worked, but one of 'em seems to have snuck out of a little whole in the box during transit. I'll have to pick up another set somewhere.

BTW - I'll keep my eye on the thread...I might be interested in those risers. Gotta check something first.
