Bolt, 2 washers and center nut has been removed. asking $15 shipped. Who wants it?

Hey Marcoast.. i'll offer my good three to go with your one for a total set of 4 for anyone who buys it.. at the same price you're offering..
So whoever buys it will get a set of 4 good ones.. but like Marcoast advised mine dosent have the attaching hardware either.
