Yes they are. They are basically brand new. Have about 100 miles on them if that.

21 inch front 17 inch rear. Unsure I'd they fit 2000 year. That's something you will have to call harley about or research on here.. pm me for more info email me for photos I'd you want more

Thanks. my rear wheel is a 16" so unfortunately, yours won't fit on my bike. Thanks for the fast replies though
