Is the hub from a 18 inch wide glide rear wheel the same hub on a 17 inch super glide wheel?

 

What year bikes? The wide glide should have a 17" factory rear wheel. Most likely the same hub though, they use the same spacers.

 

2012...I believe the wg is 18in rear..

 

Nope, most definitely a 17" stock wheel on a Wide Glide rear.

 

not sure but common scence would say NO, think off it this way taller rim needs more spokes too lace the hub ,,,, even the hub would need different hole spaceing

 

stock is 17 x 4.5
