I recently traded in my Iron for a 2014 Fat Bob. I absolutely love this bike so for. I am working on customizing and will post pics soon. I am wanting to get a comfortable solo seat for my FB. My wife occassionally rides with me so I also need a good seat for her. What is a good solo seat that can easliy attach and detach a passenger seat to? Any help you guys can give would be great. Thanks
My sick saddles solo seat is the ultimate. Such a great seat. However I haven't tried the passenger pillion he makes to go along with it. I can only presume it's good too
If you're OK with a 2up, Danny Gray and C&C are great seat makers too
I have never had a bike with a rear seat. So how does it look if you have the rear seat off. Is there gonna be rub marks or a pad where the rear seat attaches

I'm in the same boat, looking for a solo saddle for my Dyna. I've seen Sick Saddles web site, and I'm amazed at the reasonable prices. I need a comfy solo for long trips. How would you rate this for comfort compared to the stock seat?

Tia!
My bike came with a danny gray 2up seat. Sick saddle loses in back support (as would any solo seat), but wins in all other areas. Everything I've read says Sick Saddle kicks stocker seat's *** and I don't doubt it. Don't let the prices fool you either, it's great gear. I could go on and on, but I'll just say I can't imagine a better solo seat.

A quality seat will have scratch-protecting material on its bottom side, so you will generally just see less dust. Chances are you'll get lazy and leave the rear seat screw hole exposed too (right now you probably have a plug over it)
