new muffler options for 2014 low rider
Well I've been thinking since I bought my low rider 3 weeks ago there has to be something other than SE mufflers for this thing. No one would confirm my suspicions so I tested for myself. It's official, dyna switchback slip ons will fit the 2014 low rider. No issues at all with fitment I just finished installing a cycle shack slip on that I ordered for a cool $169 shipped. Any questions feel free to ask

Sure!!
Sound? Part #? Any changes ... in how it runs, vibrations, etc. ??

Mhd485-sd is the cycle shack part number. I had cycle shack mufflers on my sporty and loved them. This muffler however I do not love. Not yet anyways, it's very quiet out of the box so I pulled the baffle out and the sound level is about where I want it but now the tone of it is not to my liking. It's too hollow sounding and pops a lot on decel. So I'm going to do some modifying to the baffle and see if I can't come up with a happy medium. It does however look great on the bike. After an initial ride it doesn't feel much different, with no baffle it feels slightly less torque though. So even though I'm not a big fan of this particular muffler I'm glad to find out we now have some more options for a slip on
