Antonio I'll answer for him since I have mine rigged out the same similar way. No the fork lowers have not come in contact with the lowers brackets on mine, and we have some pretty bumpy roads here in Okiehomer. I know what you are saying though and it does look conceivable, but the most travel my sliders have gone is about two inches and that misses the brackets by about two and a half inches.

Good eye..

The defectors will clear the sliders, but I also have a fork brace and I radiused the
inside lower edges to give enough clearance for that.

2009 FXDC, Flanders H5 TT tracker bars on Rivco risers, Sputhe Positrac, Mustang Classic Solo, Rush pipes, Vance & Hines Fuelpack, forward controls, Memphis Shades cafe fairing.
