2014 Low Rider
#7562
As I posted before, I had an appointment Tues at my HD dealer to install my new tires. Prior to the appointment, I dropped off my tires with the person working the service desk. This was in the morning and things were slow at the dealership. I come back about an hour later with my bike and drop it off. Tires are right there at the service counter with a tag that had my name on it. I tell the counter person I am going to walk up the street and get something to eat. I get to the place and the service tech (who has done all the work on my bike since I got it) comes in and tells me that the dealership does not have any tires that would fit my bike. I told him I bought some and dropped them off at the service counter (which is right there by the garage). He then goes back and installs them. Afterwards, I was talking to him and the counter person as I was paying the bill and said it is a good thing you did not have any tires in stock. That would have created a problem. For the dealership. Thankfully that did not happen.

Going to demo rides tomorrow with the wife. Hopefully shopping for our next bike later this year. Will also be the first longish ride on the low rider this year. About an hour 15 taking the back roads to the dealership. Looks like they put sissy bars on the demo bikes this year so thankfully she can ride with me without having to hang on.

She appreciates the backrest to lean on instead of arms around my waist riding.
