2014 Low Rider
#6984
I decided to get a vanity plate for my bike, this is a first for me. In PA we're limited to 5 digits, and everything I could think of was taken. Then I came up with...my initials are DF and the bike is an FXDL, so I combined them and got this. Because of COVID, it took exceptionally long - 6 months and 10 days
Today it finally showed!

I went from a Sportster (2004) to a Dyna (2005) to a Street Glide (2009) to a Road king (2009) back to a 2014 Low Rider and couldn't be happier. I always regretted selling my 2005 FXDI.
The Dyna is so much more responsive, is much easier to back in and out of spots and is just more fun to ride.
The touring bikes definitely do better on the highway but a Dyna with a windshield, saddlebags, and a good seat is a very capable machine.

Wish I could say the same. Been in the teens for more than a week during the days and around zero degrees at night. I do not expect any riding weather for another month at the earliest.

Yes they will. Get one now. Should be some clean garage queens still out there.

I'm always on the lookout for one but they are getting rare. There are NONE in my state and only a few in CA and the deep south. If they do show up, they are modded out "bro-style" and the dealer is charging 2k more than they were new. Ugh.
