2014 Low Rider

Same thing happened to me about 3 years ago. I posted about it way back in this thread. I have considered having a friend of mine who is a union sheet metal worker make me a better bracket. I still have not replaced my bracket and the horn is still sitting in a drawer in my kitchen.

for about 25 cents a piece of 1/8x3/4 flat bar works great.

The saddlebags would have been handy especially for day riding with a hoodie sweatshirt and a jacket easily stowed. Bungee cords did work however. Once you have a bike with bags it's hard to not do without. I have been putting it off as long as I can. I don't want to have to relocate the turn signals to the license plate. Throw over saddlebags are almost extinct now. I don't need 2400 ci storage saddlebags. Practical, yes. Aesthetically pleasing no. Low Riders weren't supposed to have huge bags. Just my opinion.

I bought some "throwover" waterproof bags 3 years ago when I bought my bike and love them. I tie them to the shocks and the the taillights...I think they were about $120...
