Some in this thread should know the answer to this. I do not. The stock bars work perfectly for me. Dealer adjusted them the day I took delivery and now almost 4 years later, still in the same position.

Did the fairing install and had to change headlight mounting and changed the bars. Is not that difficult if you have any wrench turning skills. Cheaper than paying the dealer. If find a buddy and pay in beer.

I can do the work thats not the issue, I was under the impression I can't use my gauntlet fairing if I change the bar/riser/headlight setup. It looks like on the memphis shades website the mounts and the fairing itself are unique part numbers for the FXDL. So basically I didn't want to make my fairing useless by changing everything and not being able to remount my fairing on.

I looked at the fulfillment requirements for the gauntlet and it makes no mention of needing a headlight block. Now I would contact them on if you change bars and eliminate the headlight brow. Will it still fit.

Nice! Going to be a good 3 or so weeks before I can get out and ride. After I get a new battery.

What battery are you running in your LR? Been considering a Lithium battery. Anyone using one?

The dealer had one on display last time I went in and I picked it up off the counter and was honestly shocked how light it was. I thought it was a fake display model but he assured me it was a new working battery lol. They are neat but I'm at 5 years on the factory battery and still going strong, I just can't see spending the extra money on one when the times comes for replacement
