6'2" and a solid 290lbs...lol. The Ohlins were sprung for my buddy's size who is closer to you than me...stock didn't cut it for me, too low for my riding style, handled my weight fine though.

DynaKid thanks for the reply. I’m on the fence right now. I run works on my previous Dyna. I’m getting the Ohlins cartridges for the forks but really wondering if I need all the adjustability in the rear.

When I bought my LR, the previous owner put on 11" Progressive Suspension shocks. Hated them...rode to low and to hard. Bought some 12.5" stock Dyna shocks on eBay and love them...6', 200 lbs., ride single...

For the first time in 90 some days, I was able to ride. First ride of 2018. Got 70 miles in today. Fired right up.

Any particular maintanence I should be considering?

Heard some people sayin tappet changes?
