I believe the part number is 100-7881. This is just for sound manipulation. A rep from ST said it does nothing for performance.

I got my eye on a blue and white one for 2015.
Picked mine up 26th June and now have a shade over 2200 miles covered. Took it to the Isle of Man for the Manx GP and despite a very wet ride back via Snowdonia and the Brecons it didn't miss a beat. Glad I swapped out the stock seat though for a Mustang Wide Solo - plus the matching pillion for my luggage system. Few photos from the trip plus one with the solo seat only when back home.

I really want a deeper tone but spending another $150.00 for just the baffle and if I added a billet end cap at over $155.00 just for looks although it does look a lot better that's over $600.00 invested for just a slip on muffler...way too rich for my blood. I'll call Supertrapp and see if they charge extra for shipping and sales tax for the baffle.

I can get a new chrome V&H Propipe full system exhaust without the cat for better performance for $586.00 with no shipping charge and no sales tax...delivered to my front door.

I'm gonna stay with the 5 disks and open end cap for now although it doesn't have the deeper tone I'm looking for. I'm hoping the sound might improve after putting some more miles on it...

I had a Pro Pipe on my Street Glide. It was too loud for me after two hours of riding. I installed a quiet baffle and it sounded like a cheap POS. I think a full system from Supertrapp might be a better choice. A $150 baffle to make a $16,000 bike sound good is not a bad deal for me. I agree that the whole slip on set up is quite expensive. I figured I would run it like this until the aftermarket exhaust makers offer more for the new Low Rider. I am really happy with the sound now as is. I have the stage 1 download an there is a little decel popping but not much. I will probably get a tuner next Spring.

I have researched all the bikes I liked and wanted will be getting my Low Rider soon. Read through this thread thanks for the helpful info you guys posted. One question how does the seat feel on longer rides?

It's probably the most comfortable stock seat I've ridden on. Granted that's after you remove that bumper pad.

Am just curious, has anyone out there tried removing the catalytic converter from your low rider stock exhaust to see how it runs? have seen many posts of others doing so on the touring models, I am thinking of doing this to mine to relieve the restriction as otherwise I like the stock exhaust.

Default 2014 low rider

I bought my 14 lowrider in late June and it now has 2100 miles on it. I de-catted it two weeks ago and added a FL VIED 10. Prior to that it was running extremely hot and nearly always went into parade mode at stoplights etc. It runs much cooler now and rarely goes into parade mode. The exhaust tone is a little throatier but now much. Overall, I am quite happy with the set up.
