2014 Low Rider
#3511
Have had mine 2 years in July, 15.5k miles, only thing I might trade it for is if HD were to re introduce the FXRT introdeced around 1985, discontinued around 1992. was also known as the sport glide, had frame mount fairing and hard bags, was kind of their version of a sport touring model.

Ya' know, I feel the same way about my Low Rider...I plan to keep this for a LONG time. It fits me just right and it will most likely be the last Harley I own...at 63 yrs. young, I plan to keep riding this one for as long as I'm physically able to ride.
BUT, I am working on a deal to get a new 2016 Suzuki Bandit 1250 ABS for a third bike in my stable. I miss not having a big block inline 4 cylinder bike. I like a little variety...it's fun.
I think three bikes will be my limit though...

Yea, I'm not happy with chain maintenance, but I'm already doing it for the Honda so what the hell, one more won't matter. Still working out the numbers for it to happen though.

Hope it all comes together for you my friend. If you will have three bikes to ride equally. Then you won't have to worry to much about chain maintenance. I only had the one bike to ride when I owed the Bandit. Putting many miles in all weather conditions. Cleaned and lubed the drive chain quite often. I would still own that bike, if it had a primary drive belt.

Chain maintenance was one of the reasons I went with my LR. I had a Yamaha Maxim 750 from 1985-87 that had a shaft drive. My next 5 sport bikes (1991-2015) all had chain drives. By 2013, I was getting real tired of chain maintenance. I recalled how nice it was to have a bike without a chain. Love the HD belt drive.

You got excellent tastes in motorcycles. How many miles you put on it so far?
