Turn the ignition switch to "off" kill switch to "run". Press and hold the trip button and turn the ignition switch to "on"

If you had thrown any codes I believe the CEL would be illuminated.

Does anyone here know if I could replace the stock lowrider exhaust with stock Street Bob without having to remap my bike or or something? I know I'll need a different style of support bracket, but that's the only thing I know of. I haven't seen anyone do it yet, so I'm just curious. I liked the sound of my street bobs exhaust a lot better than the 2 into 1 exhaust on the lowrider. A buddy of mine is going to throw the exhaust off of his street bob in the scrap pile of I don't want it.

I thought there was one guy who did it early in this thread, but I may be mistaken. I wouldn't think it would require a tune either. It should be a simple swap.

Another question........sorry..................when I turn my ignition on, a little round RED light comes on about center/right on the speedo. Stays on a couple seconds then goes out. What is it? Manual says it's the anti-theft setting itself, but my bike doesn't have anti-theft.

yes you can, I am running an 09 fxd header on my 2014 fxdl. you are correct about the bracket, but it will bolt up to your bike no problem. i did notice a loss of torque. But no big deal.

its is for the security. You have a key fob for your bike correct?
