Got back from the dealer. My replacement DK Customs Breather Kit has been installed (hopefully correctly). This is a picture of what DK Customs sent me:

I got the Breather Bolts back from the dealer:

Absolutely no Loctite on either of them (as the service manager admitted to DK Customs). Just some oil on them.

The fool that installed them initially did not follow the instructions that came with my 587 AC Kit. He simply installed them, they came loose within 2 rides, and when I took it back, the fool who worked on it the second time over-torqued one bolt to the point it snapped.

Now that I got my bike back, I hope all the BS I have had to deal with is over. Now I got a few of those HD email surveys to answer.

Just in case anyone else is thinking of fitting one of these, DON'T. They work ok, but the cable connector for headlamp effectively stops you putting the headlamp back together. A custom or larger HD headlamp should work OK.

Back to my research for LED without spending extra $ on the Daymaker.

Reviews are positive and looking at the sizes I think it should fit. I have ordered up as the stock bulb and the replacement PIAA Extreme White are too yellow compared to my Custom Ringz DRL/Indicators
