Lama, if you wouldn't mind, could you post some of that info here in case someone does not find the thread you posted on the subject.

One thing I really like about my LR is that it does not have a chain. I spent years lubing chains on my Metric Bikes. Only one had shaft drive. The other 8 were all chain drives. I do not miss chain lube.

The competition series 2into 1 doesn't seem that loud to me, but that's relative cuz I drive a 55 gasser w a solid roller .620 427 big block w 3 inch cherry bombs, 7k rpms comes quick. The bike just doesn't echo off the freeway overpasses like the gasser. But over all the v&h run good sound good, have a deep mellow tone until you crack the throttle. Sounds nice to me. But I suppose it is a lil on the loud side, but I think thunder headers are still louder

Vonswanko,

Nice looking bike.
I did the same thing yesterday. why anyone wouldn't put one is beyond me. As cheap as it is my thought was to just get it some sound until I figure out which system to go with. After installing it I think I just found the "system" I am going with for $240.

It is a very unique sound as well.

Default Bluetooth speakers

I was following another thread about hard wired speakers vs Bluetooth! Few people have mounted portable Bluetooth speakers instead of those 3-400$ options. Well I'm happy to say some of the suggestion's were spot on.
The family got me a skull candy air raid for the bike, this thing kicks ***, velcro or zip ties to place on bike...and place it where you like it, my LR now has sound, sweet!

Has anyone de catted the stock head pipes yet? Curious of the sound difference and running a little cooler right there. I just got my bike last week and installed a V&H slip on yesterday. I like the sound but wondering how it would be with no cat.

did mine earlier this year, a bit more sound, less heat by the foot. stock muffler sounds nice without the cat.

My DK Customs replacement breather kit arrived at my dealer yesterday (Fri). Going to pick bike up shortly. DK Customs really stands behind their products. Even when the problem was not of their making.

The stock muffler sounds good with a de-cat and the center plug of the muffler punched open.
