Only thing left to order is the HD Quarter Fairing. My dealer said 10% on all HD parts so I will get the fairing and QD mounts from him.
Good move on the FM stuff but Surdyke will probably go 20% off on the fairing.

Would love to see pictures after the install if you get a chance

The salesman quoted me a figure of $15443.85 OTD. Not sure how he got this figure. I added up the figures he quoted me and cannot account for the difference.

Anyways, anyone got a take on this offer? It does not strike me as anything really great. I know others have posted getting a basic black one for $12400-500 plus the freight, prep and sales tax.
Got mine in NH last June for $14,200 OTD, no sales tax in NH. Based on my limited experience I would say that number is high.

Ok all up to date and realize that you have already made the purchase which makes my last post somewhat pointless. Congratulations Ike!

Will do. I ordered the same 587 that is pictured in the center picture. It is the chrome clear one with that throwing star looking thing.

The initial price they quoted me was high and I passed on it. I got a 2015 black one for $14700 OTD. Of that price a good $850-75 is sales tax. So, I landed mine for $13800 or so OTD with all the dealer prep, freight and other inventive fees thrown in.

The dealership had quoted me $500 labor to install all my Stage 1 parts. I got them to agree to do it for $300. $15000 OTD with all my Stage one parts installed.

These are our Quick Release Dyna Quarter Fairing Brackets for 49mm forks. We supply you with the adapter brackets that will let you install the factory HD quarter fairing to a late model 49mm front fork. The HD quck releases are not included but are readily available at your local HD dealer. Fairing brakets are slotted for a large amount of adjustment. For those looking for a safe non quick release system add one of HD's locking quick releases instead of a standard one, their part number is HD part #57400008.

  • Made of 1018 mild steel
  • Powdercoated in satin black to match your OEM brackets
  • hardware and headlight spacers are included
  • HD part #57192-05 not included need quantity of 4
  • Sold for $95.00 for the set

I ordered the Bung King Bracket. I take it this is the item that NealE and pinsk03 were referring to.

I love my highway pegs, strech out! Made a big difference for me.
