I'll ride down to 30, but the 20's is pushing it. No ice, for obvious reasons. I will ride in the rain if I get caught in it, but if given a choice, hell no. Riding in rain sucks and the cagers here have yet to figure out the roads get slick when it rains. Heat is no problem as long as you are moving - don't worry about me, just about my bike overheating.

I've been caught in the rain, and some down pours when you can't see five feet in front of you. If it's light rain I drive cautiously because the roads are slick and the Cage drivers go crazy. Heavy rain, I pull over at a safe place until it slacks up. I won't take one of my bikes out if there is more than a fifty percent chance of rain, it is just too dangerous. My Hogg name is catwoman so I quess I'm a puddy tat.

I think more of what this guys refering too is the clean freak chrome heads that at the first sign of rain or anything that might possibly get there bike even remotely dirty run for cover and a bag of rags. Personlly I'll ride the dogsh!t out of my bike as long as I can see and it will go. But mines a rider not a looker.
